- Separate your alcohol from your food- at least 30 mins.
- Look at what you have coming up tomorrow! If you are gonna workout.. especially lift weights- Do not drink. Your body will be fighting an uphill battle. you will suck wind and feel weak no matter what you do. If you have a light jog and moderate yoga work – have a glass before dinner.
