The #1 holiday must do to look freakin’ hot, feel amazing and get more friends.

It is holiday season! This is can be a great time with people in happy moods, time off work, spending time relaxing and letting loose.

It can also be a time when we tend not to feel so awesome about ourselves. Too many cookies or holiday cocktails, too full social calendar, lots of family chaos.

So I thought I’d give you my top trick to look better, feel amazing and make you the life of the party.

Are you excited?  You should be.. it’s cheap and super simple

How to do what you love AND get the body you want

I gotta be honest, I spent years wasting my time .. I spent hours in the gym and ate low fat, low calorie foods.  This only made me tired and frustrated with barely any visible changes in my body.

I was forcing myself to do stuff I thought I HAD TO DO, to get the body I want.  All I did was waste my time and scowl a lot.

I also was forcing myself to hang with people that were into the stuff I hated doing, but thought they knew better than me.

So glad to say I dumped all that stuff that was bumming me out and getting me nowhere.  here’s what I got rid of.

  1. Hours in the gym
  2. Counting calories and tracking pounds
  3. Lots of cardio
  4. Long dramatic conversations about foods and nutrition, where the focus was on what was wrong and what was new be fearful about.

I finally found new and better friends, plus I dropped my pesky belly roll once I started doing what I love!   Including

  1. Kettlebell and bodyweight moves..anything that let me breathe loud and shove around heavy stuff.
  2. Less time in the gym, way more fat burning, fun workouts
  3. Less Running and long cardio… who has time for that?!
  4. Stopped bumming myself (and others)  with dogmatic info and depressing conversations about nutrition.
  5. Stopped hanging out with people that loved to judge others for eating a burger and talk for hours about their raw lifestyle.

My friends eat burgers and drink beer.. I just keep my mouth shut.. and opt for the kombucha, enjoy the burger with no bun and have a damn great time!

  1. Eating delicious foods that keep me lean, and full strength and energy.
  2. Started thinking better.  Worked on being more positive and creating a better mindset daily.
  3. Stopped weighing myself and stopped counting calories.
  4. Still went to the weekend parties, happy hours and county fairs.. just kept my opinions to myself and knew my best choices anywhere I went!

If you’re into all this stuff… sweet! We can hang out in my online program!

Head to my PROGRAM ROAD MAP PAGE to see exactly what awesome stuff I filled it with for us to do, and yes stay right by you every step of the way!

How to Workout on Cram Packed Days!

I came up with this set up on a super busy week when I realized there was no way I could get in my regular workouts.

I’ll just say I can be an uptight crab monster when I don’t exercise. So for the sake of myself and all those around me I had to find a way to move daily.
That week, I set two timers a day on my phone.

Those timers made me leave what I was doing and go for a 15 min workout and 5 mins of yoga. This has worked awesome no matter if I was at my office, living room or a park.
This actually worked like a charm! I knew my timer was gonna go off so I hunkered down and nixed the chit chat with co-workers. I got my work done way faster!
I will say I made sure I had some essential fitness gear stocked in my car. Otherwise, lets face it – you’ll be super distracted and uncomfortable with the jiggles and loose bits. To keep all excuses at bay, I packed a bag with a sports bra, hairband and shoes to keep in my car.
I stopped by a park on the way to my nephew’s school and did some sprints with pushups and jumps.

Then I rolled out the yoga mat, pumped out some simple moves, did a finishing stretch and rolled it all up to roll up to the school with 4 minutes to spare!

I’ve written below exactly what I did.
