Your 8 week journey starts the moment you register! You need a plan and your plan is ready for you right now, how sweet is that!

Yes! Week 5 is set up just for that reason. This is Office Hour week, a chance for you to schedule phone time to ask Breanne anything! And you can always email questions to Breanne.
You have a life to live! We want you to participate in as much of the program, but of course there is flexibility. If you need to skip a week, you won’t feel “left behind.” And the great thing is, once you pay for the full program, you have access to all the Burn Brighter training materials indefinitely, so you can fill in gaps anytime or revisit modules at your own pace.
No. This is not a clinical or medical program. Burn Brighter is designed for people that are able to manage and control their health without a doctor’s supervision. You should meet in person with a Registered Dietician in your area.
Absolutely, Breanne totally has you covered. You get a total of 4 workouts all designed to keep you lean and strong without requiring any equipment! And yes, they are still very challenging. You will sweat, get your heart rate up and get that tight body you want… You just have to DO them 🙂

Great point! Breanne became a certified Nutrition Specialist and Health Coach specifically so she can deliver you relevant info AND help you cut through all the fads and bogus claims. In addition to being a certified Personal Trainer, she has 15 total years of experience in fitness and nutrition, and is always in-touch with the latest research and industry innovation.
Absolutely! Anyone—as long as they are over 18 years old and a human—will benefit from this program and see amazing results, as long as they put in the work every week.
Other than great all natural foods? Nope.
Breanne only wants people to enroll in Burn Brighter that are truly ready, willing and able to make dramatic changes in their health and fitness. That is why she has outlined the entire program, including specific details about each week’s lessons and activities on her PROGRAM page. Only enroll if you are certain you will benefit from the content and that you are ready to do the work.
So glad you asked! Plan on about 4 hours total a week. This means workouts, cooking, watching the lessons and following along with the assigned work.
Breanne has made sure to keep everything bite size and super efficient.
The video modules are about 30 minutes per week. You get one 20 minute bite every Monday for about 20 minutes, then a powerful 10 minute nibble on Thursday. Figure in about 1 hour for meal prep (1 hour for the ENTIRE week) and about 3 hours a week for workouts.
There are additional activities and materials available to you if you want them, but the core program is designed to be manageable for busy folks like you.

Glad you asked! Every week, you will get a meal plan that includes Breanne’s custom made recipes along with guidance on time saving kitchen tips and efficient setups for busy families.
Breanne knows what it’s like to have crazy busy days, so she’s also created a step by step video that teaches you how to keep healthy meals at the ready when you have no time to cook.
So many delicious foods! Breanne has custom created over 25 recipes to keep you going strong every week. Chock full of flavor and nutrients, every recipe is high in lean proteins, sugar free, grain free and cow dairy free. Breanne will also give you guidelines for sourcing the best ingredients and how to choose foods that fit your lifestyle.

Payment & Refunds
You get the full enchilada for $693. This includes 8 weeks of video lessons, interactive activity sheets, workout videos and meal plans. Don’t forget about the private online community and office hour call times. Once the full program is completed, all Burn Brighter materials are yours to access anytime you like, for as long as you like.
Most Definitely! The entire program is protected for members’ safety, and all payment information is encrypted and stored separately. All member info is secure and never shared, and the member site is private and password protected.
If you are working hard and not enjoying the program, you can absolutely get a refund! Simply show Breanne you did the work!
For a full refund, you must provide 2 weeks of filled out activity sheets, and contribute at least 4 times to member discussion support page. Once all is submitted and reviewed (allow 10 days) you will be allowed a full refund. This is only allowed up to day 15 of your registered 8 week program.
So glad you asked! Yes you can split the payment into 2 separate payments of $357. Your second payment will be automatically collected on day 28 of the program. If payment can't be run, you will receive a friendly notice and your program will be put on pause.
