Your brain is a huge calorie burner. You turn that sucker on and you can torch fat.
That’s why SKILL based moves (kettlebell, martial arts, karate, boxing, yoga… stuff that makes you tune in and think) create leaner and happier people!
Your brain is full of metabolically active tissue (due to densely packed mitochondria). There are only 2 other organs that burn more calories..first your liver, then your heart!
When you play, you are creative, innovative.. turning your brain and body on!
