It’s July!  The days are longer and we have a bit more energy. That means more sitting with friends (distanced and masked), more walks, jogs, bicycling, tennis… In all this we round our backs and shorten our front side = No Bueno!  Watch this Video and Use my hip flexor stretches to keep your body feeling good and stay happy!
