Super awesome stuff you can get your mitts on!

Okay, so if you’ve been tuning into my podcast, you know that I’m all about stuff that helps lift you up and stay healthy

Well, that’s about to change…

I had a good talk with myself and realized that I want to literally put great stuff into your hot little hands.

That’s why my podcast will now bring you awesome stuff from fascinating brands that totally make your day easier AND you can grab hold of!

 

What is “awesome stuff”?

Great Question!

I’m talking about delicious meals you can drink on the go, dairy free/ gluten free muffins that taste amazing, chocolate that you can’t overeat, the best tasting anti inflammatory ice cream, meats from farms you can totally trust, the best nutrition bars, the coolest water bottle, workout gear that looks super cool and totally fits your lifestyle.

Basically anything and everything that makes it super easy for you to stay healthy on your most craziest of days.

Cool stuff to buy that Gives Back.

Have you ever wanted to somehow give more?  But either the thought gets pushed to the side, or you end up waiting till some massive disaster happens?

I totally used to do that. I’d think of volunteering at shelter during the holidays or think of donating to kids in need, but something always distracted me and once again I waited till some tragic event unfolded to help others in need.

I really think we all want to serve more we just don’t know how to immediately do so in a super easy way.
