1 hour for $115, 45 mins for $95 , 30 mins for $65 (6 pack of 30 min sessions = $360)
Semi private = 2 people $75 each for 1 hour
Two people for 30 mins = $100 total
Three people for 1 hour = $55 each
Methods I use and why:
I bring the most bang for your buck – Kettlebells + Bodyweight moves get the most done in the shortest amount of time, safely!
Bells will literally melt the fat off you in a 20 min workout 4x a week.
It’s all due to the round weight. Wherever you hold it – it’s targeting your core!
Also – it can move quickly – which means cardio and strength all at once (HIIT/ Metabolic/High Strength/ Cardio… these workouts pack it all)
That’s what you gotta do to burn fat.. Build muscle and Do high cardio. This is your all in one tool. It’s not a fad.. Heck.. bells have been around before the Dumbell, we just got smarter:)
