Rock Menopause is a 12-week coaching and support program designed to help you get stronger as you navigate peri/menopause in a high support small group (10 people max) setting.
Join Bre Bicknell, NSCA Personal Trainer, SFG Strength Coach, AASDN Nutrition Specialist and CIHC Health Coach for a comprehensive program that includes:
 
  • Strength training (6 videos per month)
  • Nutrition (3 recipes + 3 time saving nutrition tips each month)
  • Live Group Support Meetings to help you feel your best!

What equipment do I need? You’ll need a yoga mat, cork yoga blocks,  resistance bands, and optional dumbbells, weighted balls or  kettlebells based on your chosen intensity level.

Is this suitable for beginners? Absolutely! With three intensity levels, you can start at a pace that feels right for you.
Do I have to follow a strict diet? No! This program is about flexible, practical nutrition that fits your lifestyle and supports your body’s needs.

What if I miss a workout or call No worries! Workout videos are available anytime, and calls are recorded so you can watch at your convenience.
